The Cat at 3am Online Store accepts return and exchange unused products within 30 days of placing your order. Please note that you have to inform us within 7 days of receiving your item. For reason of hygiene, we do NOT accept return earrings products. Please following these requirements and steps to complete your Returns and Exchanges.

Please note that an order cannot be cancelled once it has been made. Some of our products are using natural gemstones and pearls, which means that our products could host minor marks and differing slightly in color with our photos on website. We will not accept returns or exchanges due to the reasons of natural marks and color issue.

  1. Contact our Customer Service team by Email (info@catat3am.com). You will need to provide your Order Confirmation Email or the Invoice, code of the return product and the reason for return.

  2. You will receive an Email to confirm your return, please note that customer will be charged the shipping costs for item returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  3. Please make sure all items must be returned in original Cat at 3am Gift Box packaging.

  4. Once it is confirmed. Please send the return item by courier within 7 days.


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
We are happy for return and exchanges if your product is faulty or damaged upon receiving the order. Please inform our customer service team (info@catat3am.com) within 7 days of receiving your item. We will get back to you and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
